Yes, your service will be scheduled for the same day of each service week. Sometimes you may be serviced one day later in the week (weather/holidays). If that’s going to happen, we’ll let you know.

If you miss a visit due to dogs being outside, or a locked gate, we’ll automatically reschedule your service.

We’ll knock and call. If we’re unable to reach you, we’ll reschedule.

Yes! If you request service before 5 PM, your first visit can be on within 48 business hours if you request it.

If you only have one dog, we’ll automatically add our lawn deodorizer upgrade at no additional cost for 6 months (13 applications). The lawn deodorizer is applied to the entire lawn (partial coverage for over sized lawns). It requires access to a water spigot and will not be applied if there are pets outside during the service. The free lawn deodorizer will be applied once every 2 weeks. May be removed if a second dog is added while special offer is in effect.
