How We Got Started – From Our Owner
A lot of people ask about how much experience I have. Well since my parents didn’t have problem with child labor, I got the opportunity to start early. I’ve been helping to clean up after pets since about 8 years old. Never thought it’d turn into a business. We’ve always had pets in the house as far back as I can remember. Since our family was big (9 kids, I know… stop making that face), we had a plethora or pets of animals to go along with the size of the family.
At one point we had birds, cats, and dogs. Being the middle child (number 5) I got the fun responsibility of helping with the majority of them. Poop scooping, bird cage cleaning, and lets not for get those lovely litter boxes. I didn’t know it then, but I was training for my future business that would allow my wife to stay at home with our 3 kids. When I look back on it, I should be thanking my parents.
The business part all started when my grandmother started to need a little help with her pets. She’d never admit it being as independent as she is, but she always appreciates the help. I can tell how much by the amount of food I always leave with. Some of her friends and neighbors asked about me helping with their pets, and the rest was history; my business was born. With some advice about business from my father, and finding out that there was a market for pet waste removal, I set my mind on creating a business with a heart.
Now I have two and four legged friends all across the metroplex. Our goal is to provide a great experience and service that makes any life just a little less busy. Are you in my service area?
